E-911 Services and Consolidated Central Dispatch Center -- E-911

Proposition to continue to Fund E-911 Services and a Consolidated Central Dispatch Center In Order to continue the funding of E-911 and a consolidated central dispatch center in Alpena County, under Public Act 32 of 1986 as amended, shall the county board of commissioners be authorized to assess a surcharge on the monthly flat rate charged by the telephone provider for a one (1) party access line, each year, not to exceed sixteen (16%) percent a year, for a period of five years, starting Jan. 1, 2003 until Dec. 31, 2007?
