Tom Rock should have abstained from the vote to dismiss due to his personal bias resulting from his arrest and conviction for assault by Chief Josten. The Village has been without police coverage for more than fifteen weeks. Shall Tom Rock be recalled from the office of Bloomingdale Village President?
