Alma City Proposal I -- Charter Amendment - Board of Review

Shall Section 7.7 of the City Charter of the City of Alma be amended to provide that during the second session of the Board of Review at least one evening session shall be held from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and longer if necessary?

Alma City Proposal II -- Charter Amendment - Meeting Schedule

Shall Section 2.13(a) of the City Charter of the City of Alma be amended to provide that the first meeting of the City Commission shall occur at 5:00 p.m. on the second Tuesday in January following the regular City election; and that the City Commission may reschedule regular meetings which fall upon holidays without regard to the number of days elapsing between meetings?

Ithaca Public Schools Bonding Proposal -- (Voter Turnout Percentage is Incorrect)

Shall Ithaca Public Schools, Gratiot and Montcalm Counties, Michigan, borrow the sum of not to exceed One Million Two Hundred Forty Thousand Dollars ($1,240,000) and issue its general obligation unlimited tax bonds therefor, in one or more series, for the purpose of: acquiring, installing and equipping technology for school facilities; partially remodeling, furnishing and re-furnishing, equipping and re-equipping school facilities, in part, for technology upgrades; and developing and improving sites? The following is for informational purposes only: The estimated millage that will be levied for the proposed bonds in 2014 is 0.35 mill ($0.35 on each $1,000 of taxable valuation) for a -0- net increase in the current debt millage. The maximum number of years for each series of bonds, exclusive of any refunding, is six (6) years. The estimated simple average annual millage anticipated to be required to retire this bond debt is 0.47 mill ($0.47 on each $1,000 of taxable valuation). (Pursuant to State law, expenditure of bond proceeds must be audited, and the proceeds cannot be used for repair or maintenance costs, teacher, administrator or employee salaries, or other operating expenses.)

RESD - Area Vocational-Technical Education Proposal -- (Voter Turnout Percentage is Correct)

Shall Gratiot-Isabella Regional Education Service District, Michigan, come under sections 681 to 690 of the Revised School Code, as amended, and establish an area vocational - technical education program, which is designed to encourage the operation of area vocational - technical education programs, if the annual property tax levied for this purpose is limited to 1 mill ($1.00 on each $1,000 of taxable valuation), for a period of 10 years, 2013 to 2022, inclusive; the estimate of the revenue the intermediate school district will collect if the millage is approved and levied in 2013 is approximately $2,616,805 from local property taxes authorized herein?
